Ordering Instructions

To place an order, first click on the photo thumbnail. You will then see a description of the product. Enter the quantity you wish to purchase and then please click on the "Add To Cart" button next to the item. When you have completed your shopping, please use our checkout. You will create an account that will store your personal information (name, address and email) so that next time you visit, you only have to log in!

Payments Accepted

Personal Checks, Money Orders and PayPal

If you are paying by a personal check, the check
must clear my bank before the item will be shipped.

Shipping Information

All of my crocks and jugs are custom made and will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks to complete upon receipt of your order. If you need something faster, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

The shipping amount is indicated on each product. I will send you an order confirmation via email with total amount due and payment instructions. I ship via USPS, Priority Mail in most cases. There is never a handling fee. Insurance is optional, but is highly recommended. I cannot be responsible for breakage if you choose not to purchase insurance.

International Orders

International orders wil be charged actual postage and insurance.
There are no handling fees.

Satisfaction Guarantee

My hope is that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, you will have 10 days in which to contact me to discuss a refund. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to me. Any custom or personalized painted piece will not be eligible for a refund.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information that you give to me will not be shared with any outside party. This includes your name, mailing address, phone number or e-mail. I know how frustrating it is to have your information shared, and you can rest assured that I will never give out any of your personal information.
